Ingredients:

Beef – 1/2 kg
Savala – 2
Potato – 3
Green chilly – 10
Egg- 1
Ginger – 1
Masala powder – 1 tbsp
Chilly powder – 1/2 tbsp
Bread crumbs – as needed
Oil – 2 tbsp
Curd – 4 tbsp
Salt – to taste

Preparation:
Cook the beef along with curd, cut savala and salt. Add ginger, savala, green chilly, chilly powder and masala powder to this and sort well. Add the crushed potato to this. Mix well. When this mixture cools off, make small balls from this mixture. Dip the balls in egg first, then in bread crumbs and deep fry.
