Aval Vilayichathu

Ingredients:

Avil – 1 cup ( vilayichathu)
Coconut – 1 cup grated
Jaggery – 1 cup
Cashew nut (roasted) – as required
Cardamom powder – one pinch

Preparation:

Take jaggery and boil it untill it becomes thick syrup. One it get thick, filter the same. Add the grated coconut and mix well. Then add cardamom powder, cashew etc. Aval is ready to serve.
