Aval – 2 cup
Green chilly, ginger – chopped – ¼ cup
Coconut – 1 cup
Fennel seed – ¼ tea spoon
Soaked bread – 2 slice
Grated carrot – ½ piece
Curry leaves – one strand
Bread scrumps – 1 cup
Egg white – 2
Oil – as required

Method of Preparation

Soak the aval in water and drain out the water completely by squeezing it. Add the ingredients coconut, soaked bread, carrot, onion, curry leaves, fennel seeds into it and knead it and make the dough . take the little portion of the dough and make it in oval shape. Dip each of these oval shape dough into the egg white and then cover it with bread scrumps and fry it in oil.
