Ingredients

Pachari – 1 cup
Jaggery – 1 cup
Sesame seed – 2 spoon
Ghee – 1 spoon

Method of preparation

Take Pachari and Powder it finely. Make the jaggery into syrup. Then knead the rice flour by adding the jaggery syrup and sesame seed and to become thick paste. Keep it aside for two days.
Then heat the coconut oil and add ghee. Make the rice paste in the round shape like papad and put it in the oil. Fry it till it becomes red colour. Then squeeze it to remove the oil.
