White Chickpeas (white channa) – 500 gram
Coriander leaves – 1 cup
Capsicum – cut into very small pieces – ½ cup
Onion – cut into very small pieces – ½ cup
Green chilly – cut into very small pieces – 4 nos
Ginger / garlic paste – ¼ tea spoon each
Chilly powder , pepper powder – ½ spoon each
Curry leaves – cut – 2 tea spoon
Appakaram – one pinch
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Soak the white chickpeas in the water. When soaked remove the water and keep it aside. Grind the soaked chickpeas in the grinder by adding ingredients from 2 to 9. ( you can grind it in grinder also) the paste should not become thick. Add the appakaram and required salt and knead this to make a dough. Make the dough into small balls and make it into small patties by keeping in your palms. Deep fry the cutlet till it becomes golden brown. Can serve with tomato sauce
