Potato ( cooked and smashed – 1 cup
Pudina leaves paste – 1 cup
Green chilly – 2
Cumin powder – ½ tea spoon ( roasted)
Lemon juice – ½ tea spoon
Maida – ½ cup
Aval powdered – ½ cup

Method of preparation

Mix water , oil, salt, potato, pudina leaves, green chillies, cumin powder, lemon juice and salt together and make a dough. Later take some portion of the dough and make small balls. Take maida in a vessel and make a thick batter by adding water. Heat oil in a pan. Dip the potato rolls in the maida batter and later in aval powder and fry.
