Unakkalari – 200 gm
Jaggery – 500gm
Coconut – 2
Coconut milk (1)- 1 cup
Coconut milk (2)- 1 ltr
Coconut milk (3)- 3 ltr
Ghee – 50 gm
cut coconut – 1 cup
Dried ginger powder – 1/2 tbsp
Jeera powder – 1/2 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tbsp

Boil the 3rd coconut milk. Add the unakkalari crushed in a mixer grinder to this milk. Add the second milk to it, when this starts boiling. Add all the spices to it and boil. Add the first milk to it. Fry the coconut cut pieces in the ghee and add it to the milk mixture.
