Milk – 500 ml
Sweet potato – 100gm
Sugar – 100 gm
Cashewnut – 30gm
Ghee – 20 ml

Fry the cashewnuts and keep aside. Boil and crush the sweet potatoes. Boil milk and add to it the cooked potatoes, sugar and mix well. Add the fried cashewnuts to it. Add cardamom powder for flavour and serve.
