Ingredients

Semia / Vermicelli – 100 gram
Cashew nut and raisins – little
Ghee – little
Jaggery – as required

Method of preparation

Coconut milk – with the thickness of a normal milk – 300 ml.
Water – 1 liter

Method of preparation

Roast the Semia by adding little ghee. When roasted add water into it and cook. When it gets cooked add jagery. After adding jaggery it should get cooked for some more time. After that add coconut milk. After adding coconut milk let it get cooked for some more time. Then remove from the stove . fry the cashew nut and raisins in ghee and add into it.
