Ingredients:
Ragi powder – 1/2 cup
Mango nut dried and crushed – 1/2 cup
Sugar crushed – 1 1/2 cup
Cut cashewnut – 1 tbsp
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Jaggery – 1/2 kg
Coconut milk – of 2 coconuts
Jaathika powder – a pinch
Cashewnut, Kismis – 25 gms each

Preparation:
In a flat frying pan add ghee and fry the cashewnut. In the remaining ghee ass ragi powder and mango nut and heat it Sort it well and then add sugar into this. When the sugar begins to melt, add the fried cashewnuts to it. Make small balls of this. Melt the jaggery nad boil. Add the third coconut milk to this and boil again. When it begins to condense, add the second milk to it. Then add the balls to this. Add the first milk and cook well. Serve to another dish and decorate with cashewnuts and kismis.
