1.Pazhamanga – cut long and round – 4 cup
2.Milk – 2 litre
3.Condensed milm – 1 tin
4.Cardamom powder – ¼ tea spoon
5.Ghee – one table spoon
6.Almonds , kismis – 50 gram
7.Yellow colour – one pinch

Method of preparation

Fry the almonds and kismis in ghee. Boil the milk . while the milk get boiled add the ripe mango ( pazhamanga) pieces. On getting cooked add the condensed milk. When the gravy get thickened add the fried almonds and kismis and can remove from the stove. Add ghee . keep it aside for some time to get cool. After that keep it in refrigerator. If required add yellow colour.
