Ingredients

1. Raw Papaya – chopped – 2 cup
2. Tender coconut – 1 cup
3. Rice flour – 2 table spoon
4. Jaggery – 250 gram
5. Coconut milk – 2 cup
6. Cardamom powder – ¼ tea spoon
7. Coconut grated – 2 table spoon
8. Cashew nut – 50 gram
9. Ghee – 100 gram

Method of preparation

Take papaya, half cup of coconut milk, half cup of water and put it in a pressure cooker. Cook it till you get one whistle. Then add half cup of jaggery syrup, tender coconut and boil it. add one table spoon of ghee and add the rice flour and boil till it get thickened. Stir continuously so that no lumps are formed. When it becomes the stage of payasam add the fried coconut , cashew nut and mix. Can serve
