Palada – ½ cup
Ghee – 2 table spoon
Sugar – 1 cup
Condensed milk – 1 tin
Cow milk – 1 liter
Saffron colour – 1 tea spoon

Method of preparation

Fry the palada in ghee, add ½ liter of milk and sugar and pressure cook it. Once you open the cooker add the remaining cow milk and condensed milk and stir well. boil it in reduced flame till it get thickened. Remove from stove and add the saffron colour . you can serve hot or cool as required.
