Ingredients

Chamba pachari – 250 gram
Cherupayar ( green gram ) – 250 gram
Kadalaparippu ( Bengal gram) – 250 gram
Wheat – 250 gram
Banana / jackfruit / kappapazham / mango – as required
Pomegranate – to decorate
Cow milk – 1 litre
Jaggery . sugar – 1 kilo
Kalkandam – little
Coconut milk – ¼ litre ( thick milk) ¼ litre (thin milk)
Butter – 100 gram
Rose water – as required

Method of Preparation

Cook the grains first. Secondly cook the fruits ( except Pomegranate) to make a pulp.. Then boil the cooked grains , cooked fruits and the remaining ingredients . decorate the payasam with the pomegranate and can use.
