Ingredients

1.Rice ( Pachari) – 1 ½ cup
2.Kalkandam – 300 gram
3.Cow milk – 3 cup
4.Water – 1 cup
5.Cashew nut – 50 gram
6.Kismis – 50 gram
7.Cardamom powder – ½ tea spoon
8.Butter – 1 table spoon

Method of preparation

1. Clean the pachari ( rice ) well. Boil the rice rice by adding milk, and required water . Cook the rice till the water get slightly drained.
2. When the water get drained from the rice add the kalkkandam into it and mix
3. When the kalkkandam get mixed with the rice add the cashew nut , kismis , cardamom powder and mix well. then remove from the flames
