Green Peas – ½ cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Ghee – ½ cup
Milk – 1 ½ litre
Cardamom powder – ½ tea spoon
Pista nuts , Kismis – 20 nos

Method of preparation

Cook the green peas in the boiled water for half an hour. After that drain out the water and allow the peas to get cooled. Grind this in mixer to make a paste. Heat ghee in a bottom thick vessel and add the green peas paste and saute. Add the boiled milk into this and cook it for 20 minutes with low flame. Then add sugar, cardamom powder, Pista nuts , kismis and mix it for 10 minutes,
