Plantain – 3
Jaggery – 300 gm
Coconut – 2
Coconut milk – 1st milk – 1 1/2 ltr, 2nd mild – 2 cup
Grapes – 200 gm
Sugar – 100gm
Ghee – 100gm
Cashewnut – 100 gm
Jeera powder – 1 tbsp
Honey – 1/4 cup

Make a sugar syrup and soak the grapes in it. Boil the plantain and crush in  a mixer grinder. Add ghee to a pan and add the crushed plantain to it and cook. Add jaggery to it and then add second milk to it. Add the soaked grapes with the sugar syrup to it. Then add the first milk and boil. Add jeera powder. Fry the cashewnut in the ghee and add to the mixture.
