
Ingredients:
Chakka (Jack Fruit) – 1 (cut into small pcs)
Jaggery – 1 kg
Ghee – 2 tsp
Coconut – 3 nos (for milk)
Cashew Nut – 50 Gram
Coconut – cut into pcs
Preparation:
Cut the jack fruit into small pcs and cook the same in water. Add jaggery powder into it and cook for some time to make pulp. Once adding the ghee remove the jack fruit pulp from stove and keep it separate. Grate the coconut to take the milk. Put 3 types of milk and keep it aside. (1 cup of thick coconut milk and 2 cup oc thin coconut milk). Pour the thin coconut milk into the jackfruit pulp and boil for some time. If require you can add 2 or 3 spoons of sugar. Once the water get drained add the thick milk and boil well. Pradhaman is ready.
