Ripe jackfruit – 500gm
Sugar – 250gm
Ghee – 50gm
Coconut – 2
Cashewnut, Raisins – 50 gms each

Cook the jackfruit pieces in steam for 5 minutes. When it is cooled off grind well in a grinder and take the pulp of it. Strain and take the pulp. Mix well the pulp and sugar keeping it in stove. When it leaves from the sides of the vessel, add ghee. Add the second milk of coconut to this and stir well. When this begins to boil, add the first milk, stir well and take off from the stove. Add Cashewnut, raisin fried to it.
