Ingredients:
Beetroot – 2 spoons (cut to small pieces and cooked)
Chauwari – 1 cup (cooked)
Sugar – 1 1/2 cup
Milk – 1 1/2 ltr
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tbsp
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Cashew, Kismis – little

Preparation:
Boil the milk well and add sugar and chauwari. When this becomes
thick, add beetroot and cardamom and mix well. Add cashew and kismis
fried in ghee and serve. The payasam will have pinkish tint.
