Ingredients

Rice Flakes – 1 cup
Jaggery – 400 Gm(melted)
Coconut Milk – I cup(first milk)
Coconut Milk – 2 cup(second milk)
Ghee – 1 teaspoon
Cardamom – three(powdered)
Cashew nut – five
Resin – ten
Banana (kadali) – one
Thulsi leaf – three

Method

In a pan pour the ghee and fry the cashew and resin and remove.Pour little more ghee into the pan and fry the rice flakes. If it is white rice flakes, fry until red. Pour into this the second milk. After this is boiled pour into it the jaggery. After this is boiled and reduced add the first milk and remove from the fire before it boils. Add cardamom, cashew, resin, banana cut into small pieces, thulsi leaves and stir well and close with a banana leaf.
