1. Boiled egg – 4
2. Grated Coconut – ½
3. Pepper – 10 nos
4. Curry leaves – 1 strip
5. Turmeric powder / coriander powder – ¼ spoon each
6. Chilly powder – ¾ spoon
7. Onion / Tomato ( chopped ) – 2 each
8. Salt – as required
9. Dried chilly , shallots – 2 each
10. Coconut Oil – 3 table spoon

Fry Coconut, Pepper , Curry Leaves, Shallots . Add coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder and fry it . Then switch of the flame. When it get cooled grind it to make the paste with salt and required water. Heat oil and add dried chilly, mustard seed, curry leaves and fry it. Add onion and fry till it get light brown colour. Then add chopped tomato and saute. Then finally add the initially prepared paste and when it is getting boiled add the cooked egg.
