Chicken – ½ kilo
Onion – 2
Dried vanilla seed – 3
Garlic – 10 cloves
Crushed pepper – 1 table spoon
Capsicum – 1 small
Cardamom – crushed 2
Spring onion – 2
Lemon juice – 1 table spoon
Curry leaves – 10
Thick coconut milk – ¾ cup
Oil – as required
Coriander leaves – as required
Salt – as required

Method of preparation
Clean the chicken and make it into medium size pieces. Take the vanilla seeds cut it in the middle and take out the flesh then cut the vanilla beans into one inch pieces. Take vanilla flesh, crushed pepper, lemon juice, salt and mix. Marinate this mix in the chicken pieces and keep it aside for twenty to thirty minutes.
Cut Onion Capsicum, spring onion, and garlic into small pieces. Take a vessel, add two table spoon of oil, add cardamom, crushed capsicum, onion, garlic and mix thoroughly. Then microwave this four give minutes in 100 % power. Then add marinated chicken, chopped vanilla beans and microwave it for ten minutes in 100% power. Again add curry leaves, spring onion and mix. Then close the lid and cook it in microwave in 80% power for ten to fifteen minutes or microwave till the chicken get cooked. After that add coconut milk and microwave it in 100% powder for eight more minutes. Decorate it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
