Unakka netholi – 100 gram
Chilly powder – 1 ½ tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Ginger ( cut long) – 1 small piece
Garlic ( cut long) – 10 nos
Vinegar – ¼ cup
Oil ( vegetable oil or gingerly oil ) – 2 table spoon
Salt – as required
Fenugreek powder ( uluva podi) – ¼ tea spoon

Method of preparation

Clean the unakka netholi. Heat oil in a pan and fry it and keep it aside. In the same oil add ginger, garlic and fry. Later add chilly powder, turmeric powder, fenugreek powder and fry. Then pour vinegar and allow it to boil. When it gets boiling add the fried unakka netholi. When the gravy gets thickened remove it from the stove. Cool it in a air tight container when it gets cool.
