Eggs- 2
Tomato – 1 chopped
Onion – 1 chopped
Green Chilli – 2

Preparation
Beat the egg until they start to foam. Add chopped onion, green chilli, salt, curry leaves mix well. Heat the oil in a non stick pan in low heat. Pour in egg mixture in to non stic pan and cook slowly until bottom is golden brown and top is set , Sprinkle the chopped tomato and pepper over the Omelet . After the cooking if you need to add few drops sauce on top of the Omelet it’s give good look and lite sweet . Now enjoy the tomato omelet
