Chicken – 1 kg
Tomato – 2
Green chilly – 2
Ginger – 1 piece
Garlic – 1 teaspoon
Tomato sauce – 2 teaspoon
Kashmiri chilly powder – 2 teaspoon
Sunflower oil, salt – as required

Marinate the chicken for half an hour with salt, chilly powder and curds. Heat oil and add a piece of cinnamon, two cloves, and two cardamom. Add tomato, ginger and garlic. After it is fried, add chilly powder and the chicken and cook with lid closed. When it is cooked, add tomato sauce and stir well. Add some cashew nut paste and few kasoori methi.
