Fish ( tuna chunks) – 1 tin fish ( small)
Grated coconut ( thenga peera ) – as required
Turmeric powder – as required
Chilly powder – as required
Kudampuli – as required
Cumin seed – as required
Onion – as required
Ginger – as required
Garlic – as required
Green chilly – as required
Curry leaves – as required
Oil – as required
Salt – as required

Method of Preparation

Take grated coconut (Thenga peera), turmeric powder, one pinch of chilly powde, cumin seed, ginger , garlic and grind roughly. Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seed and allow it to splutter. Then ad the chopped onion , green chilly, curry leaves and fry. Then add the crushed paste of grated coconut and soaked kudampuli and salt and mix. After two minutes When you start to get the steam, add the pieces of tin fish ( after removing the water ) and mix well . also add required salt. This should be prepared without water. You can sprinkle water inorder to get the steam. This dish only require 5 minutes.
