Chicken – 1/2 kg
Savala – 2
Tomato – 1
Capsicum – 1
Dried chilly – 2
Ginger – 1
Garlic – 6
Fenugreek – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – a pinch
Chilly powder – 2 tbsp
Garam masala – 1 tbsp
Lime juice – 1 tbsp
Fresh Cream – 1 tbsp
Corriander leaves, Salt – as needed

Heat the oil in a pan and add fenugreek and dried chilly to it. Add savala and sort well. Add tomato, ginger and garlic to this. Add chicken pieces to this when this becomes sorted well. Add salt and the masala powders. Add lime juice and fresh cream to this. Cook adding some water to it. When the water has evaporated almost completely, take off from flame, decorate with savala, capsicum and corriander leaves.
