1. Duck meat – 400 gram
2. Shallots – 6
3. Coconut – 2
4. Green chilly – 2
5. Curry leaves – 1 strip
6. Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
7. Coriander powder – 2 table spoon
8. Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
9. Ginger – small piece
10. Coconut oil – 6 table spoon
11. Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Heat coconut oil in a pan . add the chopped onion, chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, sliced green chilly, and curry leaves and fry well. Then add the cleaned duck meat into it and fry for some time. Add salt and thin coconut milk (moonam pal) and boil it. When the duck get cooked add the medium thick coconut milk ( randam pal) into it and allow to boil for five more minutes in reduced flame. Finally add the thick coconut milk (onnam pal) and mix well. Can remove from the flames
