Ingredients

1. Tharavu Irachi – 400 gram
2. Onion – 6
3. Coconut – 2
4. Green chilly – 2
5. Curry leaves – 1 strand
6. Turmeric powder – 2 table spoon
7. Coriander powder – 2 table spoon
8. Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
9. Ginger – small piece
10.Coconut oil – 6 table spoon.
11.Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Heat coconut in a vessel. Add chopped onion, chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder , pepper powder, green chilly chopped in length, curry leaves and mix. Then add the cleaned tharavu irachi and saute for five minutes. Then add salt, moonam pal ( thin coconut milk) and boil it. when the tharavu irachi gets cooked then add the randam pal ( medium thick milk) into it and boil it for five minutes in low flame. Following that add the onnam pal ( thick milk) and mix. Then remove it from the flames. Can serve.
