Ingredients

1. Chicken – 1 Kilo ( made into 8 pieces)
2. Garlic and ginger paste – 50 gram
3. Curd – ½ cup
4. Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
5. Masala powder – 1 table spoon
6. Lemon juice – 1 table spoon
7. Salt – as required
8. Oil – 2 table spoon

Method of preparation

Clean the chicken pieces and marinate the chicken with ingredients from 2 to 7 and keep it aside. Before you start cooking heat the oven in 200 degree Celsius. Rub the oil in the chicken pieces well . Take a tray and spread the oil in the tray and keep the chicken pieces in the tray and fry both sides till it become light brown colour. Cut the onion round and can decorate it with the chopped onion, lemon and green chillies
