Ingredients:

Chicken (Boneless) – 200 gm
Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Egg – 2
Cornflour – 1 tbsp
Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
Oil – as needed
Salt – as needed

Preparation:
Add salt and cornflour in the egg and beat well. Add chilly paste, garlic paste to it and keep aside for 15 minutes. Add the chicken pieces to this. After some time, deep fry the chicken pieces and serve with sauce.
