Ingredients

Chicken – boneless (cut into square pieces) – 250 gram
Chilly paste (dried chilly soaked in water and grinded) – ½ table spoon
Garlic paste – 1 table spoon
White seasame seed (ellu) – 10 gram
Egg – 2
Corn flour – 1 tea spoon
Water – 2 table spoon
Salt – as required
Soy sauce – 1 tea spoon
Oil – as required

Method of preparation

Beat the egg and add required salt and cornflour into it and mix well. Add chilly paste, garlic paste, seasame seed, and marinate the chicken and keep it aside for few minutes. Heat a pan Heat oil and add fry the chicken pieces till it become brown colour. Can serve with sauce.
