Prawns ( big ) 4 -5 nos
Curd – 500 Milli
Green chillies – 4
Ginger cut into small pieces – 4 tea spoon
Garlic – 6 cloves
Salt – 3 tea spoon
Chilly powder – 2 tea spoon
Garam masala – 3 tea spoon
Oil – 4 table spoon
Food colour ( red and yellow) – 1 tea spoon each

Method of preparation

Mix the curd, green chilly, ginger and garlic to mak a paste. After that add all the ingredients except prawns. Then take a vessel and pour the mix and then cover the prawns in it and keep it in the fridge for the whole night. Next day you can use it by grilling it or by frying in the oil.
