Mushroom – 500 gram
Chilly, sour curd – 3 table spoon each
Ginger, garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
Coriander powder, garam masala powder, chilly powder, – ½ spoon
Salt – as required
Oil – 50 gram
Cheese – 500 gram
Fresh cream – 4 tea spoon

Method of preparation

Take a bowl . add mushroom, chilly paste and mix it well. Add curd and fresh cream into it and mix. Then add ginger garlic paste and cheese and mix. Then pour 50 gram of oil into it. add chilly powder, coriander powder garam masala powder into it. then add salt. Keep it for two minutes. Take the marinated mushroom and pierce in Barbie cubes an grill it.
