Sravu – ½ Kilo
Onion chopped – 4
Cinnamon, cloves – as required
Green chilly chopped – 6
Ginger – 1 piece
Garlic – 4 cloves
Chilly powder, pepper powder, coriander leaves, grated coconut, turmeric powder – as required

Method of preparation

Boil the sravu by adding turmeric powder and salt. After boiling drain out the water and cut the sravu into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan. Add cinnamon, cloves, into it and sauté. Then add onion, green chilly, garlic, chilly powder. Then add cut sravu pieces, pepper powder, grated coconut and mix. Finally add the coriander leaves and decorate it.
