
Ingredients:
Chicken – 1/4 kg
Green chilly – 3
Pepper powder – 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tbsp
Egg – 1/2
Bread – 1 piece
Puthina leaves, corriander leaves, lime juice – 1 tbsp each
Maida – 1/2 cup
Oil, Salt – as needed
Preparation:
Grind the chicken in a mixer grinder. Add all the ingredients except maida and oil in the chicken. Make Kababs from this mixture. Mix maida, salt and water, make a dough of it, make a sheet out of it and cut ribbons out of this sheets. Place these ribbons on the kabab and deep fry the kababs and serve with sauce.
