Chicken – 1 kg (medium cut)
Green Chilly – 6
Tomato – 2
Ginger and Garlic paste – 1 spoon each
Chilly powder – 2 tbsp
Oil – As needed
Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
Corriander powder – 1 tbsp
Chicken masala – As needed
Water – As needed
Onion (Savala)- 4

Take a pan, add some oil and cook the onion and green chillies. when the onion changes its colour to golden brown, add ginger and garlic paste to it.Add tomatoes and curry leaves and sort. Then add all the masala powders and sort the mixture. Fry for sometime, then add water to it. After mixing it properly, add the chicken pieces into it. Wait for the gravy to be thick enough, lower the flame. After preparing the chicken, decorate it with the corriander leaves.
