
Ingredients
1. One big fish – 1 kilo
2. Maida – 500 gram
3. White pepper powder – 50 gram
4. Garlic powder – 50 gram
5. Cumin , mustard powder – 50 gram
6. Garlic chopped – 2 tea spoon
7. Green chilly chopped – 1 tea spoon
8. Ginger chopped – 1 tea spoon
9. Vinegar – 3 tea spoon
10. Salt – as required
11. Sunflower oil – as required
Method of preparation
Take the ingredients from two to five and keep it aside. clean the fish. Add the the ingredients from six to ten in to the fish and keep it aside to soak. After that cover the fish with the ingredients what you kept aside. later fry it in oil.
