Chicken – 1 kg
Soya chunks – 100gm
Savala, Tomato – 4 each
Chilly powder – 1 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
Cashewnut grinded – 2 tbsp
Butter – 3 tbsp
Ginger – Garlic paste – 1 tbsp each
Green chilly – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Cornflour – 1 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Kasthoori methi, Corriander leaves, Puthina leaves

Cook the chicken pieces with salt, chilly powder and turmeric powder. Saute the savala in a pan with some oil. Add tomato and savala and saute and then grind this. In a pan addd butter and add the garlic ginger, green chilly grinded. Add the cooked chicken to this. Crush the soya chunks. Mix the grinded cashewnuts and soya chunks. Add the grinded tomato savala mix to this. Add sugar and salt. When this begins to boil, add cornflour mixed in water and cook for 2 minutes. Add kasoori methi, corriander leaves and puthina leaves and serve.
