
Ingredients
Chicken – 1 kilo
Soya chunks – 100 gram
Onion chopped -4
Tomato (remove the skin) – 4
Chilly powder – 1 ½ tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Cashew nut paste – 2 table spoon
Butter – 3 table spoon
Ginger, garlic paste – 1 tea spoon each
Green chilly paste – 1 tea spoon
Sugar – 1 tea spoon
Corn flour – 1 table spoon
Coconut oil – 2 table spoon
Kasoori methi, coriander leaves, pudina leaves – as required
Method of preparation
Clean the chicken and make small pieces, add salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder into it and cook. Take another pan and add coconut oil. Add the onions and saute. Then grind the saute onion and tomato and make paste. Take a pan and melt the butter. Add garlic, green chilly, ginger paste into it and saute. Then add the cooked chicken pieces. Later fry the soya chunks in oil. and powder it. Mix the soya chunks powder with cashew nut mixture and mix properly. Add the onion –tomato paste, required salt and sugar into it and boil for two minutes. Add the kasoori methi, coriander leaves and pudina leaves into it and can remove from the stove.
