Chicken – 1 kilo
Curd – 2 cup
Ginger – garlic paste – 2 tea spoon
Chilly powder – 2 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
Garam masala powder – 2 tea spoon
Lemon juice – 4 tea spoon
Cinnamon – 1
Cloves – 2
Cardamom – 2
Pepper – 4
Saffron – one pinch
Green chilly – 2

For Coriander leaves pudina masala paste

Onion – 2
Almond ( badam) – 10
Cashew nut – 10
Kas kasa – 1 tea spoon
Kopra – 2 tea spoon

Method of preparation

Clean the chicken and marinate it with Turmeric powder, chilly powder, lemon juice, curd, green chilly, salt, garam masala and saffron. Take a
pan and fry the ingredients mentioned for msala paste. When it gets cooled grind it in a mixer by adding little water. Also add this masala into the chicken and marinate. Keep this marinated chicken in the refrigerator for half an hour. Take a pan , pour oil into it and boil. put all the masala into it and fry. Add the marinated chicken into it and mix. Add required water and cook it by closing the lid. When the chicken gets cooked remove from the stove, add coriander leaves, pudina (mint) leaves and mix. Shahi chicken kuruma is ready to serve.
