Ingredients:
Tin Fish – 1 tin
Grated coconut – as needed
Turmeric
Chilly powder
Jeera Powder
Tamarind
Savala
Garlic
Ginger
Green chilly
Curry leaves
Oil
Mustard
Salt

Preparation:
Grind turmeric powder, chilly powder, jeera powder, ginger and garlic along with the coconut. Sort the savala, green chilly and curry leaves in oil and then add the grinded coconut mixture to it. Add the tamarind soaked in water. Cook for 2 minutes. Add the tinned tuna to this mixture. Add salt and cook well after mixing well. Sprinkle some water on top. Cook for 5 minutes and serve.
