1. Big Prawns- 10 nos (make a slit in middle along length and remove the vein)
2. Ginger Garlic paste -1 Table Spoon
3. Lemon Juice- from one lemon
4. Tomato – 2 chopped
5. Pepper powder – 1 tsp.
6. Egg – 1 beated
7. Fresh Cream – 2 table spoon
8. Mint leaves, Coriander leaves – as required
9. Oil for cooking and salt – to taste

Add the items 2 and 3 to the prawns and marinate. Fry the prawns and keep aside. Add oil in a pan on medium flame. Add ginger and garlic paste and saute till brown. To this add tomato, pepper powder and salt. Add beated egg and fresh cream to this. Add fried prawns to this gravy and mix well. Garnish with Coriander and mint leaves. Can be served with rice or chappathy.
