Small Mathi – 2 kg cleaned thoroughly
Coconut – one half
Raw Mango – 1 big
Medium sized ginger – 1 piece
Green chilly – spicy – 10 big ones
Onion – 1 big
Garlic – 5 cloves
Curry leaves – little
Turmeric power – little
Salt , coconut oil – as required

Method of cooking

Take the full quantity of cleaned mathi. Take grated cocounut, green chillies, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder and blend this to make a paste. The paste should be prepared as it is required for aviyal. Slice the onion into small pieces, add salt as require and little water and keep it in the stove. when it get cooked add the sliced mango into it. when the water get drained mix the prepared paste into it. when the paste get mixed well with the fish add two teaspoon of coconut oil and curry leaves . then remove from the stove and serve hot.
