Fish (Ayila ) – 4 nos
Grated coconut – 1
Shallots – (cut into small pieces ) – ½ cup
Ginger (cut into small pieces) 1 piece
Curry leaves – 3 strip
Chambavari – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Green chilly – paste – 4
Salt / oil – as required
Method of Preparation

Clean the fish (Ayila) and squeeze out the water, cook the fish with salt and ½ cup of water. Cool and shred fish meat finely, remove the bones and keep it aside. Heat 3 table spoon of oil in a pan and crackle the chambavari add the shallots and fry till it become soft. Add Ginger , Green chilly, turmeric powder and grated coconut and sauté well Add the shred fish meat with required salt and cook for some time by closing the lid in a low flame.
