Ingredients

Fish with more flesh – ½ kilo
Chilly powder – 4 spoon
Coriander powder – ½ spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Pepper – 5 nos
Kudam puli – 4 Big one
Oil – As required
Garlic – 10 nos
Shallots – 10 nos
Ginger – 1 piece
Salt – to taste
Curry leaves – 4 strings

Preparation Method

Grind chilly powder, coriander powder. pepper into fine paste. Clean and cut the fish into pieces. Marinate the paste into the fish along with salt and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, shallots green chillies, ginger and fry well and keep it aside. Cut the kudampuli and put it in a glass of salt water and boil. Heat oil in a pan, spread curry leaves, little bit of shallots, and tamarind pcs, Above it spread the half portion of the fish. Then again above it spread the remaining curry leaves , tamarind pcs, fried shallots, and the remaining portion of the fish. Heat oil in another pan add the remaining paste of masala to the fish and fry for some time. Add the soaked kudampuli water and allow to boil. Pour the same into the fish pieces. Add 2 spoons of coconut oil and cook it in low flame. On getting cooked add some oil and can remove from the flames.
