
Ingredients:
Chicken – 300 gm
Boiled egg – 2
Onion – 30 gm
Garlic – 20 gm
Pepper powder – 5 gm
Bread crumbs – 20 gm
Green chilly – 5 gm
Corriander powder – 5 gm
OIl – 400 gm
Salt – as needed
Egg – 2
Preparation:
Grind garlic, green chilly, corriander powder, pepper powder, bread crumbs together and chicken. Cover the boiled eggs with this mixture. Dip this covered egg into egg white, then into bread crumbs and fry in oil. Take it cut it into 4 pieces and serve with tomato sauce.
