Pork ( leg portion cut long ) – 1 kilo
Onion – 100 gram
Green chillies – 6 nos
Ginger – 25 gram
Garlic – 25 gram
Carrot – 100 gram
Cinnamon – 2 piece
Coriander powder – 2 tea spoon
Chilli powder – 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Oil – 4 tea spoon
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, green chilly, ginger, garlic, carrot , cinnamon and fry. When it gets brown colour add all the powders. Add little water also. Then add the pork pieces into it and cook it low flame. Remove the gravy from the pork pieces and keep it aside. Then cut the cooked pork into small pieces. You can serve it with gravy.
