
Ingredients
Pork ( leg portion cut long) – 1 kilo
Onion – 100 gram
Green chllies – 6
Ginger – 25 gram
Garlic – 25 gram
Carrot – 100 gram
Cinnamon stick – 2 pieces
Coriander powder – 2 tea spoon
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
Oil – 4 tea spoon
Salt – as required
Method of preparation
Take a pan, add oil and heat. Add onion, green chilly, ginger, garlic, carrot, cinnamon into it and saute. When it becomes brown colour add all the powders, also add little water. Then add the pork pieces into it and cook it by closing the lid in low flame. While getting cooked separate the gravy from it and cut the pork into small pieces. You can serve it together with gravy.
